Komline-Sanderson is a manufacturer of waste processing equipment. They manufacture the equipment to order for Government bodies and corporations.
They have been our customer since we started our business in 1987.
Our first job was to install a high end accounting system which was originally run on a Unix system but was converted to a Windows network a few years ago. We have modified many of the accounting modules significantly, and we wrote in its totality the Purchase Order System and also Job Cost System
All of this software is used by engineers and office staff over a network of approximately 12 users.
Later we wrote a Materials Management system for the Manufacturing operation. This system tracks Work Orders and provides faculties to issue Purchase Orders for all the materials and services required for each job. They uses bill of Materials to facilitate the generation of POs.
Impac University Punta Gorda, Florida
Impac University wanted an application to create, monitor and distribute press
releases for the University and several associated companies, including
Integrated Control Systems, a productivity enhancement and implementation
specialist company. This system had been started but was never complete.
Brister Software was engaged to complete the system and make it work for its
client companies. The system enables an officer of the University and several
related companies to log into the system and create, and edit Press Releases.
Unfortunately, you cannot see this system because it is private and it requires a login and password.The
system includes a table of news organizations, who are to receive the releases.
Brister Software corrected all errors in the system and made it into a workable
system. The system now sends an email Press Release to all organizations based
upon certain criteria.
Because the system is a web application, users can access the system from anywhere in the world. The work we did for Impac is not available to viewers so we have not included a link.

Brister Software changed their web site into an ecommerce site by adding our shopping cart, connecting the site to the UPS site and adding Credit Card Processing. This application is quite complex. If you look at the purchase of Laser Engraved Badges, you can see that such a badge is actually an assembly, consisting of a badge size, color scheme, backing options and engraved lines of text.

This company is a manufacturer of a blended extract for baking. Brister Software Inc. developed the web site.
The web site uses the Brister Shopping Cart. The system queries the UPS web site for each transaction to ascertain the shipping costs. It then processes credit card payments using a Credit Card gateway. The web site emails every customer to confirm their order.
The web site also has a private management module, where Best Taste staff can print a sales report for the day's activity.
