The Brister eBilling System

The ebilling system is a desktop application that enables the user to do all of the steps needed to process invoices in an online environment on one screen. All of the functions are done from on screen:

  • Prepare and print invoices
  • Tracks inventory
  • Maintain Accounts Receivables
  • Obtain the shipping charges form UPS, Fedex or other couriers and add them to the invoice
  • Get a credit card authorization

The invoicing function is robust and sophisticated. It allows for several price levels depending on type of customer, for discounts and various credit terms. You may process credits and refunds as well as invoices.

The system is available in a single user version or for networks. It uses an MS-Access database for data storage or MS SQL Server 2000 for larger networks.

  • The eBilling system interfaces with either UPS or Fedex courier websites so that Shipping Charges for each order can be obtained in real time and added to the invoice.
  • It also can interface with your credit card gateway so that you can get the payment approved before the invoice is complete.
  • The Brister eBilling System requires Office 2003 to be installed on each computer and that the operating is Windows XP Pro or Windows 2000.
  • The eBilling system keeps complete data on customers. The price level field determines the pricing for invoices, the Shipping Mode field the preferred shipping method. The system allows for multiple ship to addresses.
  • Users may print the Accounts Receivable Report, or use Customer Inquiry to see at the glance the customer’s balance and buying history.
